[Taxacom] Usefulness vs. convenience (Protista)

Why is everybody responding to stuff nobody says or means? Are we focused on the holidays? Or is it way easier to respond to a question we pose ourselves?

true, but the main issue here is whether certain nonscientists ("information 
managers"), who work closely with scientists, should change the way they do 
things because what they are currently doing "isn't science", even if it means 
that it becomes harder to manage the information !

I cannot help but be amused when I see some scientists denounce the work of 
others as not being science.
