I hope this doesn't pass into folklore among the students you're hoping to wean away from cladistics, as in 'They say 83% bootstrap is 95% PP'. Not only are the two estimates unrelated, but neither has much to do with the 'science' of developing evolutionary hypotheses (sensu Zander), as opposed to using character data for evidence-based classifications.
