[Taxacom] Quick question re formation of a family-group name

The names "Pericelidae" and "Pericelididae" *are* formed in 
accordance with Art. 29.3 (either is allowed).

Art. 29.5 only applies to cases where they are NOT, e.g., if the name 
had been spelled "Pericelisidae".
