Hi folks
You might be interested to know that the online version of Australian
Tropical Rainforest Plants Edition 6 (RFK as we know and love it) was
launched last night:
http://www.anbg.gov.au/cpbr/cd-keys/rfk/index.html
Features:
Includes 2553 species of plants (trees, shrubs, vines, herbs, grasses,
palms, pandans, mistletoes) of northern Australian rainforests from
Broome in Western Australia to Townsville in Queensland.
Over 11000 colour images of flowers, fruit, leaves, seedlings and leaf x-rays
Now running in Lucid software
Available online, but will also be published on DVD or USB memory stick in 2011.
We still have some tweaking to do but it seems to be working well.
Cheers,
Frank
