[Taxacom] fossil mollusk reference needed

Interlibrary loan says it can't locate any copies of the following 
work.  As the article is rather long, I am specifically interested in 
Laurskiidae, Lauriskia, Modiomorphella, Rhomboschizodus, Paramnigera, 
and any other new supraspecific bivalve taxa, reportedly around p. 
230.  Does anyone have access to this publication?
