[Taxacom] SINE analysis

Is there anyone on this list who has a detailed familiarity with SINE
analysis in phylogenetic reconstruction who would be interested to
respond to questions (either on or off the list) about this approach in
reference to specific papers or general issues? 

 

Also, if anyone can suggest review articles on SINE methods I would be
interested. I already know of Batzer and Deininger 2002 although I have
not yet see it due to a library access glitch that I hope to solve later
today (but if anyone can access and send me a copy of their article in
Nature Reviews Genetics 3, 370-379 I would be most appreciative).
