[Taxacom] Accented authors GNI Re: formation of zoological names with Mc, Mac, etc.

Back to finishing my unsolicited test at GNI. Strangely I did find
problems in the globalname.org search box also with matching  various
accents in surnames  (test examples copied from results returned on my
browser in a more general search).  Basically accented string searches all
fell over.

Random example: Støp-Bowitz copied from GNI results is accepted  in the
WoRMS search box [http://www.marinespecies.org/aphia.php?p=sources], but
not in the GNI one.

It's been reported.
