We have the book at Missouri Botanical Garden:

We'll check other sources to make sure they not already available in digital form, and if not we'll put both in our digitization queue.  I hate to give a definite timeframe because I'm not sure what else is currently on the priority list, but I imagine we could get these through within a week or two.  They'll be made available on Botanicus and BHL.
