[Taxacom] Nomina nuda and genbank?

Tracking down the nomenclaturally correct name for outgroups you get 
off GenBank is a great way to add years and pages to the work of 
writing a paper.  My impression is that EMBL is stricter about the 
premise that the contributor must be the source of updates than GenBank 
is, but maybe GenBank is just not being as explicit when I tell them 
that BLAST indicates something is in the wrong phylum (after I try to 
align a sequence and find it doesn't look molluscan).
