[Taxacom] The book that's needed

I also agree with Vladimir and Mary, especially Mary's suggestion re the
online availability of such a resource. Online there's a greater
opportunity to update with new information, not to mention provide
access to current questions and their answers that might be associated
with individual tools. There's actually quite a tradition of
well-formatted and useful online user manuals in some communities (e.g.
R), so that publishing such a review (user meta-manual?) online has many
precedents. Such manuals can be downloaded and printed by those who like
hardcopy, or used online, where the links (and animations, videos,
etc.?) they contain will function.
