[Taxacom] Unknown plant from Mozambique

I wonder if anyone on the list can help in identifying the first unknown 
plant on this web page:

(I.e. the one with reference number 0).

It is a small tree and was photographed in Mozambique. It may be 
cultivated. Further details are on the page itself.
