Users of the Bulletin of Zoological Nomenclature might be interested
in a recent post on my blog http://tinyurl.com/yaef5w3 that describes
my effort to map articles in that journal to the scanned content in
BHL. I've created a Zotero group at http://www.zotero.org/groups/bulletin_of_zoological_nomenclature
that lists some 600 articles that I've located in BHL.

You can browse the library on Zotero. If you have an account with
Zotero (it's free) you could join the group and download a local copy
of the references.

The point of this exercise is to explore how easy it is to go from
articles (such as we might have in bibliographies of taxa, say in
EndNote) to the corresponding content in BHL. The major limiting
factor is access to bibliographies of articles, ideally we'd need
fairly complete lists of articles for journals to make significant
progress. If anybody has bibliographies (e.g., EndNote files) that
have lots of articles from journals scanned by BHL and are willing to
share them I'd be happy to try and map them to BHL and make the
results available.

Regards

Rod
