[Taxacom] ML and Bayes on quantitative characters

I am performing modern morphometric analysis on human fossils and ape (as
outgroups) skulls. I have about 60 quantitative variables and 200
individuals.

After some variability analysis, my aim is now to perform phylogenetic
analysis such as ML and Bayes


I already used phylips for ML and TNT for parsimony.

I would like to know if there are other programs for doing such analysis on
quantitative characters.
