[Taxacom] Biodiversity Heritage Library timeline

I've created a tool to display the contents of the Biodiversity  
Heritage Library for a given taxon name as a timeline. The tool is  
online at

http://bioguid.info/bhl/

If you type in a taxon name (one which exists in uBio as BHL uses that  
as its source of names) then you will see the items in BHL displayed  
as a timeline. Some examples to try are:

http://bioguid.info/bhl/?name=Collocalia+linchi

The dates I've used to locate a reference on the timeline have been  
extracted from text strings of the sort "v. 10 (1921-24)", so there  
may be some errors in the dating. Feel free to bring any mistakes to  
my attention.
