[Taxacom] Taxonomy and GMOs

If an organism is made that would require a new name under the species 
concept you are using, I think it makes sense to give it one.  On the 
side, recognizing GMOs as new species or higher taxa provides useful 
refutation of the antievolutionary claim that no new species are being 
formed today.
