Do you think so? 
I just would interprete this term literally, just being a name 
published in a manuscript, a handwritten source. I could also talk 
about a museum label name or an online database label name.

A nomen nudum has the difficulty that often we do not now exactly 
what the first author who used the nomen nudum had in mind, and 
whether or not the next author was talking about the same concept. 
Often the nomen nudum is taken from its first appearance (published 
on paper, of course), to avoid misunderstandings, but there is no 
requirement to proceed so.
