Dear Madam, Sir,

You may or you may not be familiar with the European FP7-ESFRI project
"LifeWatch, e-science and technology infrastructure for biodiversity
research and observatories" (http://www.lifewatch.eu). LifeWatch is now one
year into its preparatory phase, and in the next decade, LifeWatch will
construct and bring into operation the facilities, hardware, software and
governance structures for all aspects of biodiversity research.

We have sent you this message because you are active in the field of
biodiversity, as a researcher or a policy maker. In order to make sure
LifeWatch will live up the expectations you have of such a new
infrastructure, we kindly ask you to take the time to fill out our on-line
questionnaire. Questions deal mainly with the LifeWatch "Services", all the
features LifeWatch could offer.

Filling out the questionnaire will take about 20 minutes of your time. At
the end, you will be able to indicate if you wish to be kept informed about
the results and if you wish to subscribe to the LifeWatch Newsletter.
