[Taxacom] copyright and taxonomic information

here is finally a peer reviewed paper detailing our arguments

Egloff, the coauthor, is a well known Swiss copyright and IPR lawyer. 

 

By coincidence,  a recent ruling by the US Fourth Circuit court
