[Taxacom] a banned list of the 200 worst uses of jargon, .... "taxonomy" among the worst horrors.

Reading the article, the authors of the list seem to have confused several 
things under the general label of "gobbledygook".  One is the use of words 
beyond the grade-school vocabulary.  Another is the use of cliched phrases 
and slang.  And a third is an air of pretentiousness.  If the last two were 
eliminated, the first, by itself, would seldom present a problem, if used 
in moderation.
