[Taxacom] Questions re sharing bibliographic resources

Dear Mary,

the Scratchpads achieve this service through Drupal's Biblio module  
and Julius Welby has developed an application called Falx (http://taxonlib.org 
) that harvests and indexes bibliographies coupled to a meta-search  
engine to locate the actual text. Also open source.
