[Taxacom] ZooKeys publishes datasets under ODbl license

ZooKeys has published a special issue (Checklists of the Wasps of Peru, by
Rasmusen & Asenjo, 2009) (

The species-by-locality dataset, listing 1169 species of wasps, is published
in three versions (Excell file, two KML Google Earth files) under the terms
of the Open Database License (ODbl):
http://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1.0/. The Open Database License
(ODbL) is a license agreement intended to allow users to freely share,
modify, and use this Dataset while maintaining this same freedom for others,
provided that the original source and author(s) are credited.

In accordance to the Memornadum of Cooperation signed between GBIF and
ZooKeys, datasets are routinely uploaded onto GBIF infrastructure
simultaneously with the publication process.
