[Taxacom] Needs indentification

Thanks for leads by the colleagues. My plant turned out to be Mecardonia procumbens, an American species hitherto not reported from our area. It is growing well in Delhi, covering good area and probably a recent introduction. 

Thanks to all who responded and provided useful clues.

          Any clues about the identification of this plant:

          creeping on sandy river bank, rooting at nodes, leaves opposite, flowers axillary, yellow,  on long pedicels; corolla tubular, lobes  apparently 4 (4th being bilobed); fruit a cylindrical capsule.
