[Taxacom] Biodiversity websites

To be sustainable such 'metasites' (great term!) really need to be
open to community contribution and comment.  with c,10^3 entries and
potentially growing exponentially it is likely they will be difficult
for a single individual or organization to maintain as a part time
labour of love.

Really looking forward to seeing metasites with multiple user feedback
and comment.  But with trepidation - what if the don't like what we
have given them?  ;)
