Dear Dr Roda,

ColHelper is now a system running since more than a year and with very  
few problems. As we are currently upgrading the system to include  in  
the very future an e-management system of loans, you might have found  
some problem access occuring during short period of tests by our IT  
department.

We sincerely want to apologies for the inconveniences and hope that Dr  
P. Chesselet, collections manager for the herbarium, who has contacted  
you in the meantime has been helpful in solving this problem. Do not  
hesitate to contact her directly if you encounter any other problem.
