[Taxacom] about typification

Hello all!

I couldn't find in the ICBN, what exatelly means when a taxon is described,
of the following point of view: it is necessary that HOLOTYPE followed of
voucher is written, or simply to cite vocher is enough, that is without word
HOLOTYPE.
