[Taxacom] Taxonomic carelessness - the case of Francis Walker

Yes he is one and the same guy!! With my former Colleaue Helmut 
Schmalfuss in Stuttgart, I was about to open a hate club - or a victims 
help group :-)) but okay maybe to much honour to KWV to devote even more 
time to him as absolutely necessary.

Irobically, many of the higher taxa names in Dermaptera are still 
Verhoeff 1902
