Yes, of course.  My only point was that these issues (and progress thereon) are alive and well, with advancements as recently as a few months ago.

Hi Rich,
To point 2 - this was a long overdue extension of the work that was  
started under the ICB (International Commission on Bionomenclature),  
which started work in the mid-1990s. These meetings were always  
constructive. Couldn't make it myself due to pressure of work.
