[Taxacom] Contributions to the Discussion on Electronic Publication

Dear everyone, 

Following the publication of the proposed amendment to the Code to allow electronic publication of nomenclatural acts, a selection of comments made so far has been assembled and published in the March 2009 issue of the Bulletin of Zoological Nomenclature.
