      Of course the Three Domain tree is well-supported cladistically.
But it's a one-character classification.  If they would label it an RNA
Tree, fine.  But when they call it a "Tree of Life", it is indeed
simplistic and extremely misleading.  And one really should read Mayr's
article, as it discusses the purposes of classifications in general (not
just prokaryotic evolution in particular).
