[Taxacom] Scratchpad training courses

Dear all,

We will be offering one-day training courses for Scratchpad  
maintainers this summer.

One course will run after e-Biosphere in London (Thursday, 4th June)  
and one before the BioSyst EU in Leiden (10 August).  For details and

Places are limited and will be allocated against criteria specified on  
the web site.
