[Taxacom] Chinese literature needed

Dear Taxacom members:  I am looking for a publication cited in the Flora Reipublicae Popularis Sinicae 40: 60 (1994), under Maackia hwashanensis W.T. Wang.  The publication for this species is given as Ill. Import. Chinese Pl. - Pteridophytes, vol. 5: 143, 152 (1955).  I am unable to track this down through any source I have seen to date.  Is someone familiar with this publication?  If so, I would greatly appreciate a photocopy or PDF of the pages pertaining to Maackia hwashanensis.
