[Taxacom] Word Definitions and Uses

Hi Tacaxomers,

I am reviewing a manuscript on spiders, and I find the 
following words are giving me problems:

geozoology - for biology, not mining and metalurgy

geobotany  - for biology, not mining and metalurgy

herpetobiont (as distinct from, in relation to, hortobiont)

physiognomically (to describe communities)

steppoids (in relation to steppe).

Any help much appreciated.
