[Taxacom] Trying to contact editor of "Phyloinformatics"

Jeff Back (beck at ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) at the NCBI is trying to get the now  
defunct journal "Phyloinformatics" into PubMed Central so it will be  
available in perpetuity. Before doing this he'd like to make contact  
with somebody connected with the journal (the editor was Dennis  
DeGreve, for whom I have no contact details beyond a now defunct email  
address editor at phyloinformatics.org).

Does anybody have any contact details for Dennis? It would be great to  
get Phyloinformatics into PMC.
