[Taxacom] Nomenclator Zoologicus non-functional?

Incidentally, the reason I'm asking is that today I've come across 
two different genera of Coccinellid beetles, Disoceras and 
Bambusicola, that both appear to be unreplaced homonyms (the latter 
dating to 1986, when the author should have known better). In case 
the NZ can't be made to work, can anyone here confirm that these 
names are indeed unreplaced/unsynonymized?
