[Taxacom] Conifer question

Does anybody have access to the "Journal of the International Conifer
Preservation Society"? We have a specimen in the US herbarium that is
labeled as an isotype (or possibly the holotype-both appear in different
places on the label!) of the name "Pinus pentaphylla subsp.
neo-orbiculata Silba". There is a cut-off citation on the label that
suggests that this name may have been published in the above-mentioned
journal in 2005, but our library does not receive it.  Apparently many
Silba names in this self-published journal are not validly published,
but I cannot verify whether this one has appeared in print at all.  Many
Silba names are listed in IPNI, but this one is not nor can I find any
mention of it anywhere on the web.
