[Taxacom] proper use of "de" in a French name

Actually, the guys's full name is Victor Henry Achard de Bonvouloir 
(and is also listed as such on the PEET staphylinid website).

Where to put the "Vicomte" is one thing (they differ on the French 
nobility lists) and how to cite the surname (I'd go with Archard de 
Bonvouloir as it circumvents the "de" capitalization issue) differs 
as well on French nobility websites.
