[Taxacom] Dr Soenartono (Tony) Adisoemarto, Bogor

Hi Chris,
I have now heard from two of Tony's co-workers.  He died earlier this
year of pneumonia.  He was in the hospital for about 2 weeks.
Tony and I were office mates starting in 1963, and both of us were
students under Dr George Ball.  Tony and I kept a fairly good correspondence
over all those years.
I suspected something was amiss about February or March of this year, when
regular replies stopped coming.

Does anyone know what has happened to Dr Soenartono
(Tony) Adisoemarto, formerly of the Bogor Museum, Indonesia,
and more lately of bee pollination studies?

I have not had replies from my emails for about 9-10 months or
so, and have not had a reply to an air-mailed letter.

Any information will be very much appreciated.
