[Taxacom] PhyloCode & ICZN to "duke it out"?

By a curious coincidence (if there is such a thing!) I opened my copy of the
latest issue of Taxon today to find an article by Philip Cantino (once a
regular contributor to this list) & al.

The PhyloCode is now laying claim to many of these descriptive names (such
as Angiospermae, Monocotyledoneae, Coniferae, etc) which will become formal 
PhyloCode names when (or if) this is activated.
