You don't need the Google Toolbar to do this. All the Google Toolbar
is doing here is appending site:[current-server] to the start of your
search. Eg, for the example given it appends site:mailman.nhm.ku.edu
giving us the search site:mailman.nhm.ku.edu storage cabinets insects.
This works for any site, of course. Eg, site:guardian.co.uk taxonomy
finds all pages on sites in the Guardian's (UK newspaper) domain that
mention taxonomy.
The search term site:[server or domain] does not have to be at the
start of the search either, it can be anywhere in there. Eg,
herbarium site:www.rbge.org.uk loan will find stuff about loans from
RBG Edinburgh on the server www.rbge.org.uk.
Equally, you can restrict a search to a higher level domain, eg
site:.org will only search .orgs, site:.org.uk will only
search .org.uks, and site:cam.ac.uk will search all servers under the
cam.ac.uk domain.
