[Taxacom] Author and Names for two insects

Hello together,

for publication purposes we need the authors and year of the following 
two species:

Melaibia striata (Tenebrionidae?)

Eucosmetus crassiceps  (Lygaeidae)

I have checked already Google, GBIF, uBIO, CatalogofLife, ITIS, AFD with 
no much success, especially the first genus does not really exist (at 
least  to the internet), no hits at all, which is the reason to turn to 
this community.

Are there any specialist databases for these two taxa, such as 
TheDipteraSite, EarwigsOnline, WorldCatalogueOfSpiders, I have missed?
