[Taxacom] papers on the peer review process

Over the last several months there have occasional
threads on taxacom 
and entomo-L about problems with the current process
of peer review, 
suggestions on how peer review could be improved, and
suggestions on how 
to better implement modern forms of communication
(i.e. using wiki 
pages, forums, or other web applications).  I thought
this topic might 
make for an interesting subject for our department's
biweekly grad 
student 'journal club' meetings.   It would be helpful
if I were able to 
provide a paper to the other students before the
meeting, however. 

Can anyone suggest one I could give them?
