[Taxacom] Moorea barcode project

At the same time as announcing this 5.2 million inventory grant the Moore Foundation announced a $200 million commitment to an astronomy project. Obviously their priorities are wrong &  it should have been the other way round.

:^)

It's very nice though that such a Foundation (I'd not previously come across them) is able to generously fund some interesting pure science.
