[Taxacom] [Tdwg-guid] Demise of Phyloinformatics journal - correction

Sorry, I thought I had succeeded in getting the Sereno et al. pdf, 
but on rechecking found that Anna Weitzman is right that it seems to 
have disappeared (aside from the abstract).
