Hello Phillip!

I am very concerned about your message. The material you have borrowed
from our Institution can not be send to other institutions. How do you
plan to put the material from Brazil in contact with the researchers? As
you know we had a lot of paper work done (one of them the Material
Transfer Agreement between our INSTITUTIONS) in a way you could take the
material with you to Germany in a legally way, so please, be aware of it.
