Emphasizing that provision must be made for inevitable mistakes, even
when the system offered comprises good data and a properly designed
program. But surely this requirement (along with trying to minimize the 
number of questions to be answered, etc., etc.) should be obvious to 
anybody aspiring to prepare keys - even to those who can't be bothered 
either contemplating the literature or exploring a few of the readily 
accessible, interactively functional examples.
