Is this really the first one?  There's one in Puerto Rico that wasn't open
when I was there a couple of years ago but surely must be by now, and you
could perhaps call Kent Hovind (now in jail for tax evasion)'s Dinosaur
Adventure Land a museum (I've never been there myself, so maybe it's too
much of a theme park to qualify).
