[Taxacom] How the prokaryote code and our nomenclatural system works

Given the continued misinterpretation of the Bacteriological Code and the
growing list of databases which are listing names of prokaryotes without
due consideration of expert interpretation a paper has appeared in the
International Journal of Evolutionary andy Systematic Microbiology which
explains some key aspects of how our system works. The journal has kindly
agreed to make the pdf article available without charge to all those who
wish to read an expert interpretation of how the "mechanics" of our Code
works.
