[Taxacom] Genus name published by an author in the name and date of another author

Dear specialists,

The genus Severianoia [Nematoda] was proposed and published by Travassos in 1929.  In this paper he listed Schwenck 1926 as the authority.  In the Schwenck 1926 paper a discurssion was made of the species involved, but no name or statement of New Genus was made.  How is this genus stated?

Severianoia Travassos, 1929 or does Schwenck 1926 somehow get involved with this.  The only way I have seen it stated so far is:

Severianoia (Schwenck, 1926)  Travassos, 1929
