Naming a species after yourself (zoology)

still be an author on the paper, and a describer for other new species
in the paper.
The problem with this solution is that catalogers are faced with
names like "Aus bus Smith & Jones in Smith, Jones, & Davis, 2006".
Really, in Robin's situation, who cares? Just a statement in the paper
that the third author did something that warranted naming the species
after him or her is fine (in my opinion).
