Eukaryotic Systematics

Mark,
     I am having difficulty accessing the entire paper, so I have a question (actually two).  Is taxon Archaeplastida a paraphyletic grouping from which Metaphyta (Embryophyta) evolved, or are the embryophytes actually included within Archaeplastida?  Likewise, does your Opisthokonta include metazoans and eumycotans, or does it only refer to the unicellular forms from which they evolved?
